yesterday
I walked a visually impaired man from the bandar tun razak LRT station to his block of flats opposite bandar tun razak community centre.
since me heading that direction too to car, so me think why not?
me knew he lives on block B but me still asked him where's he heading to.
Actually this is the 2nd time me met him. The 1st time was like few weeks back.
as we walked together, me asked him about his job, about his daily travel, about his eyes condition and how he became visually impaired..etc
while he asked me about the traffic condition in KL, the development around town, the increase in petrol prices..
he then asked me
"suara cik saya macam pernah dengar. cik pernah bantu saya jalan sebelum ini dekat sini juga kan? "
what moved me was he can still remember I told him I work at Jln Raja Laut, KL
at that moment, me feel 'gam zhuk'
the feeling is like "me may not have done many great things, but he made me feel at least I had done something meaningful. something so small and yet it meant something so great.
When we reached the stairway up to block B,
he said "kalau lain kali, cik nampak saya, kalau tak susah boleh cik teman saya jalan? kalau saya jalan seorang, sunyi"
while walking to car, me thinking
boleh..sure boleh
what's this compare to a person who cannot see but remember your voice and where you work when all you did was walked him home once
but the problem is

Read in the papers the other day
" Charity group banks on horseracing to raise funds "
a great idea? yes? no?
at first glance, me was thinking " wah, if charity fund all kalah habis how? "
however, when me think further, it can work like this
" if horse 1 wins the race, the organisation pledge RMB 1000 "
" if horse 9 wins, the organisation pledge RMB9000 "
come to think of it, it doesn't matter what they do as long as at the end of the day, the funds are raised successfully.

there it goes again
before me get used to
BLR being 6.25%
and petrol price at rm1.62 per litre
just within such a short period of time
some banks had announced BLR to be at 6.50%
and petrol price has just gone up by 30 cents to rm1.92 per litre
and me was one of those kiasu people who went to fill up petrol right before the clock strike 12 midnight :p
had never done so before, so thinking of trying for once.
lagipun my petrol almost reach 'E'
if cinderella exist, she'll be rushing to fill petrol too before the clock strike 12. she drives, doesn't she? :p
and before we can finish saying the word 'aiya, increase again'
we will most likely see some 'dominoes effects'

but why is everything rising at a breakneck speed?

it's a beautiful saturday morning and a group of girls decided that they want to play badminton.
with great enthusiasm and energy level, we proceed to the payground near keef's home.
don't not know what happened? but it's abit strange that I'm willing to give up my precious sleep to be there by 7.30am
it has been sometimes since me hold a racquet [ and now me forgot how to spell :p ]
for the first few minutes, we were hitting the wind although the shuttler cock (bulu tangkis) was right in front of us.
yah, me getting old.. eyesight no good, hitting not sharp, precision and estimation no good, no energy to run about
but we had a great time laughing at each other..haha..
and the breakfast was great :) although me still didn't understand how the fella calculate.. selamba sahaja :p
ps. although the aunty selling kuih at tayton pasar pagi not open, me enjoy walking the pasar pagi :)

Valentine's Day
there was a story ...
Once there was an ordinary girl walking to lunch by herself.
It was just like any other day...the sun was hot but she still prefer to walk far for lunch.
She likes to walk, it keeps her healthy.
She was walking and didn't realised she crossed path with a familiar face, all because she didn't want to wear her spectacles.
Fortunately, the young man approached her, they smiled and greeted each other. They had not seen each other for many years.
The young man was walking back from the place the girl was heading to.
The girl suggested for the young man to join her for lunch which the young man politely obliged.
As they walked, they had exchanges and caught up with each other lives.
At the eating outlet, the girl got herself some food while the young man only had drinks.
As her lunch time is not long, she tried to finish her food as fast as she could while talking to the young man. When the young man told her that she eats alot for a girl, she laughed it off. She don't think she eats alot, she was basically finishing the food on her plate.
If time permits, she will want to sit there and see what other comments the young man will give. Well, to her, at least he's being honest.
Later they found out that they are working around the same area. On their way back, they didn't cross the road even when the traffic light turned red and the cars stopped. They were too busy talking.
fast forward ....
It was a few years later that they found out that they met each other on a valentine's day.
She still likes to walk, she still didn't wear her spectacles, she still suggest the young man to join her for lunch and dinner and she still eats alot.
The young man still politely obliged, he still tell her that you eat alot for a girl.
They are still busy talking to each other, but now when the traffic light turns red and cars stop. the young man holds her hand and leads her across the road.

Me finally get to try the rides at Cosmo World, Berjaya Times Square on 11/2/06
Despite minor hiccups, me really enjoyed the day.
Orrts Express
Where we move in circles at high speed on uneven grounds shaped like waves.
Once it started, me lost grip of the bar and flung towards Mai’s end. Poor girl, me must have ‘himpit’ her very ‘kuat’. It was a funny sight as no matter how hard me try to pull myself back to my end, me ‘himpit’ her more. We were basically laughing all the way as the wind blew our laughter away.
Space Orbit
Not prepared yet for the ‘keng’ rides, we tried ‘space orbit’ where we will ascend to a height about 2 to 3 storey and our seats start rotating in circles. It was windy and they have nice views up there but lack of speed. More of a leisure ride for me personally … like a rotating swing :) but it was nice view looking down from high above.
Roller Coaster (dunno what name)
It was too fast that me didn’t feel the ‘fright’. Me didn’t know we passed the loop till it reached back to the starting point. It was only at one-point near the beginning that got my heart pumping, the rest was too-fast-to-realise where we are. Even Mai agreed that it wasn’t as scary as it looks.
360* (like-it-so-much-till-forgot-see-name)
Ask mai how me go ga-ga over this ride, me just love the feeling when we are hanging in the air supported only by the plastic safety bar across our bodies. Our bodies basically was separated from the chair. While the cute Japanese guy opposite me closed his eyes like a small child, me kept my eyes wide open to capture the moment.
During the first 360* rotation on first attempt, me think I heard my own heartbeat, it wasn’t that fast but I could feel the rhythm.
2nd attempt was a blissful experience, remember telling mai "bestnya" as we were high up above swinging down :)
DNA mixer
As it suggest, it may choke the food we eat out. We were rotated in every possible direction. This sent blood rushing to every part of our body. Me realized my voice almost gone after completing the ride.
Why try the rides? Because me realized me need a little more challenges and excitement to tell myself that life is still great and that I can overcome my fear. And yes I did, the rides wasn’t as scary as I thought or when I’m looking at them from outside. It also bring back the child in me and allow me to know there’s so much more to life ")

that day, when me holding the locker door open for mai, the young man in front of her put his bag straight into the locker without even asking. me think me looked at him with eyes wide open (expressing shocked la, apa lagi? )

me : put the coins into the slot.
he then inserted 1 fifty cents coins (actually need 2)
me : need 2 coins, where's another one
young man : aiya .. u never tell me need 2 coins. inside bag ah
me : take out n put lah
(he then took another 50 cents coins and inserted to slot)
young man : how ?
me : close and turn the key to lock
(after locking, he passed the key to me ... tak tahulah kenapa)
me : the key, you keep yourself
young man : but I'm going to ride the 'go shan che' ..roller coaster, later it fell out.
(as though me dunno you're taking rides :p
me : keep in your packet (point to the small pocket on his pants and signal him to go for the ride)
and me meet a cute japanese guy (ask mai how cute) that doesn't really speak english. We were 'chicken and duck talking'. we were doing most of the talking with hand signs :p

Happy 'WOW WOW' year
There are too much to say this 'wow wow' year and honestly me don't know where to begin
This Chinese New Year is indeed special ... and one that will be treasured
We still do the same old things but with new different ways with more different people, with more meanings and joy
we still change notes, still scramble around for red packets, still pack angpows, still distribute angpows for my parents
still order and buy cookies, still prepare reunion dinner food (it's steamboat btw), still clean the house last minute, still decorate the house,
still 'pai nian' with my parents, still watch TV programmes, still eat alot of goodies .. not to mention finishing them before guests come :p
but all these were done with so much happiness no money can buy and despite being real exhausted but the reunion dinner compensate all.
this new year gave me more than me can ask for and me really grateful from the bottom of my heart.
It gave me hope and allow me to learn that everything has its beauty.. they really do
Eyes Feast
As with the previous years, me like watching CNY's advertisements
especially those that makes us say in our heart "so true wan" and leave a 'pinching taste' in us
those that reflect our attitudes
topping the list this year is
Petronas AD
3 grandmas 'yam cha'ing and telling each others how great and capable their sons are .. what are their professions, where are they working and how much they are earning (this is so typical but guess parents just wanted to share their proudness having capable children)
Then there's a grandma that has been listening attentively, when was asked by others about her son
she just replied 'he's coming to pick me'
it was the best sentence.
It was a heart warming scene to see the son came with the family to pick her, telling her that they will be going to Cameron Highland, holding her towards the car while grandma ask 'will it be cold there?'
my answer, grandma : it might be cold there but with family together there, you'll always feel the warmth in your heart :)
Food Feast
There's food aplenty during CNY ranging from main dishes to 'in between' cookies, mandarin oranges, junk foods and many many packet drinks..
me think my pants got tighter but it's cruel not to let myself eat during this period :p (err, in fact it's cruel not let myself eat at any other time :p)
knowing how much his daughters can eat :p my dad said to my mum ' ooi order pizza zoh, lei ge looi sa ma mm gao sik' ... 'need to order pizza already, your daughters all not enough makan'
mind you, we were having steamboat with many ingredients :D
yah, having steamboat because me don't know how to cook loh, that's why =.=
but me'll always remember one thing which my parents and babysitter say
' never waste foods. you never know how some people are without food, some working very hard for food '
Eating with our loved ones are such a pure and simple enjoyment .. me discovered

Golden Retriever

This Chinese New Year is indeed special ... and one that will be treasured
We still do the same old things but with new different ways with more different people, with more meanings and joy
we still change notes, still scramble around for red packets, still pack angpows, still distribute angpows for my parents
still order and buy cookies, still prepare reunion dinner food (it's steamboat btw), still clean the house last minute, still decorate the house,
still 'pai nian' with my parents, still watch TV programmes, still eat alot of goodies .. not to mention finishing them before guests come :p
but all these were done with so much happiness no money can buy and despite being real exhausted but the reunion dinner compensate all.
this new year gave me more than me can ask for and me really grateful from the bottom of my heart.
It gave me hope and allow me to learn that everything has its beauty.. they really do
Eyes Feast
As with the previous years, me like watching CNY's advertisements
especially those that makes us say in our heart "so true wan" and leave a 'pinching taste' in us
those that reflect our attitudes
topping the list this year is
Petronas AD
3 grandmas 'yam cha'ing and telling each others how great and capable their sons are .. what are their professions, where are they working and how much they are earning (this is so typical but guess parents just wanted to share their proudness having capable children)
Then there's a grandma that has been listening attentively, when was asked by others about her son
she just replied 'he's coming to pick me'
it was the best sentence.
It was a heart warming scene to see the son came with the family to pick her, telling her that they will be going to Cameron Highland, holding her towards the car while grandma ask 'will it be cold there?'
my answer, grandma : it might be cold there but with family together there, you'll always feel the warmth in your heart :)
Food Feast
There's food aplenty during CNY ranging from main dishes to 'in between' cookies, mandarin oranges, junk foods and many many packet drinks..
me think my pants got tighter but it's cruel not to let myself eat during this period :p (err, in fact it's cruel not let myself eat at any other time :p)
knowing how much his daughters can eat :p my dad said to my mum ' ooi order pizza zoh, lei ge looi sa ma mm gao sik' ... 'need to order pizza already, your daughters all not enough makan'
mind you, we were having steamboat with many ingredients :D
yah, having steamboat because me don't know how to cook loh, that's why =.=
but me'll always remember one thing which my parents and babysitter say
' never waste foods. you never know how some people are without food, some working very hard for food '
Eating with our loved ones are such a pure and simple enjoyment .. me discovered

If me not wrong, it is the advertisement for some canned food brand for CNY
A kid voice asking
" Dim gai sik fan zi chin yu sai shao? "
.... why have to wash hands before eating
" Dim gai yu dang yan chai xin ho yi sik fan? "
.... why have to wait for everyone present then only can eat?
" Dim gai sik fan ooi ngai yan? "
... why have to address people then only eat?

... why have to finish rice then only can eat desert?
but it's this last sentence me like most

I know what me did last week
there are little little things in life that can bring alot alot happiness.
there are small small experiences in life that can make big big differences
.. some experiences me may not have if not for someone who make the effort and took the trouble to bring me along..
or actually allow me to tag along :p
my experiences may be just 'chicken feet' to some but they definately meant alot to me, really :)
I've always wanted to be at the rooftop (open air) of a building and couldn't believe me did just that last week.
How often, we ordinary people are allowed to go to rooftop without authorised access (minus those in movies)
The building need not be very high but the view is spectacular & it makes me wonder 'how come it's so nice up here? ' and 'how come I am so fortunate to be here? '
Enjoying the view & being with someone you want to be with is blissful.
Make me realised 'I'm one lucky gal' :p
the cool night wind after rain makes it even more beautiful
but that's not all ... me being me
or for those of you who know how naughty me can be
me was not complacent with just being there ... me walked on 'rooftop' ... climbed on the blue roof (slope gradient minimal) and walked around
and that was after much coaxing for him to let me do so ... me know u're worried about my safety :p but where else can me try, when else can me try if not during then :p
never mind that me was wearing skirt :p it was dark anyway :p

what's behind that door?
me got to see what's behind the AHU door, a bigger version though ... like the size of a small shipping container
but still it was the strong 'wind' that amazed me ... real strong wind that you feel like almost can be blown away
me stood there for a few minutes, reluctant to leave nevermind the hair became like 'soh po' liao
we walked around many places at the rooftop, he was telling me alot of things
while me only managed to look with my mouth open ... like how we react when we are astonished
sorry, me cannot remember the terms & functions liao ... if not can share :p

Most people got money or day-off (claimed for OT), me got 'da hoi ngan gai' (literally translate : open eye view) at OT
'OT' btw, is where doctors 'cut' open people, do 'something' and 'sew' them back
for people like me who's not smart enough to study medicine, being in an operating theatre is indeed 'bonus'
nothing beat seeing the 'big round light' , the two arms ... with a row of sockets & another row of backups, and the cool sensor water tap.
the more we walked, the more me discovered how me have not seen many things
me treasure all these great experiences, alot
and grateful to the person who made these possible
come to think of it ... something new & fun to begin new year with :)
ps. sorry if later part of the post sounded 'sleepy' cause me really sleepy :p

Day 1 ...
"Rain rain go away, come again another day" best sum it all
It was literally raining for about 24 hours alternating between drizzle, showers and raining cats & dogs .. and that according to Addy's was because he was singing all the way

- Chai yee route : her home – my home – keef home – foong ling home. Don’t know why but girls couldn’t help comparing … including sizes of luggages :p however, our main concern was whether addy’s car can accommodate all ?
- Tmn Segar petronas station : fill petrol, buy tid bits & Saturday The Star newspapers .. that reveals that everyone is looking for some new job opportunities.
- Kampar : this is where we stopped for breakfast .. the ‘duck thigh herbal soup mee’ is really delicious especially on a rainy morning. Me think me can gulp down another bowl if not because me reserve my stomach for more food in penang :p
- Penang : penang bridge is much longer than me thought and we paid 7 bucks for it :) just arrived and we travel around town like pro. Thanks to our ‘KL – turned - PENANG DRIVER’ :p
- Giant – Pragin Mall : where we got our food stuffs for camping tonight … bread & tuna spread, cakes & biscuits, snacks, muesli bars, mineral water … wanted to get more but since me not willing to carry them hiking, so has to eat lesser loh =p
- Pragin Mall : ‘Cheese’ our unofficial tour guide was working half day thus we are to meet him after work. Me lost count how many times we past 'that' shop and took the escalator before we settled at Metrojaya. But by then, sorry gals, me really no more energy liao to look at the nice clothes…me need to eat (was hungry) & sleep (thanks to the cough mixture) And when Chee Seng finally arrived and said "ngor dei hui sik yeh shin" (we go eat first).. me was the happiest person around :D
- Makan place near cheese’s home : we eat, eat, eat & drink. Since the ‘renter’ didn’t managed to get us the camps, the guys has to do the hard work of getting the tents from TESCO while we gals go home, bath & pack. All were drenched wet except me..hehe :p why? because me selfish lo.. doesn’t let others shade under the umbrella that doesn’t belong to me :p
- Chee seng’s home : cheese’s friend (that time still dunno name) came but seeing us (very noisy gals) inside, refused to come in.. despite numerous attempts to invite him in :p now, we wonder…are we that scary??
- Tmn Negara Pulau Pinang : it was about 5pm++ and we were sort of rushing as we want to reach the beach before it gets dark. Got ourselves registered before embarking on ‘journey to the west’ =p pity the guys, they had to carry all the heavy heavy things, some more had to take care of us =p nevertheless thank you very much =) in the jungle everyone is ‘ah bingo’ and surprisingly ..we still have energy to take photos =) At one point, foong ling slipped and twisted her ankle with the ‘crak’ sound, we were worried but she is definitely one brave girl, continue hiking with us to the beach.
- The beach : It was dark when we arrived. Mosquitoes are chasing us around happily …it’s their feast day =p me learnt to set up camp =) we decided to have our camp under the open sky instead of the hut. While the guys are busy looking for fire woods on a rainy day?? we gals attend to foong ling’s injured feet. The foods were tasty. Weren’t they? Sorry but I need to tell you all this … I prepared those tuna & salmon sandwiches with the same pair of hand me used to massage foong ling’s legs. And you wonder why you can’t help but have a second piece =p
- Round-fire camp : honestly, me really enjoy the time when we sit around the kerosene lamp (made-belief campfire) eating, chatting and singing our hearts out. Only then we got to know cheese’s friend’s name is Jeff. He really can sing like our local talent ‘Pin Guan’ and our friend Addy was not bad either :p even our shy friend Chee Seng started singing chinese songs too :p allow me to say this : at one point of time when the 3 guys were singing, me felt like we are a bunch of lucky gals being serenaded with songs .. yah, me know that’s silly :p singing is a temptation, me think me forgot I’m a girl, threw my cautions to the wind and started singing never mind the missing lyrics =p
- Jetty at night : it was windy & chilly there. A lot of people were fishing and ketam’ing. The walk at the beach was romantic =p but the trip to toilet wasn’t. Imagine going into a dark filthy toilet with your torchlight along =p no simple feat.
- Inside camp : if it's not because the rain was getting heavier and camp started to collect water, we wouldn’t have moved back to the hut. Chee Seng and Jeff went to sleep in the rain, holding the umbrella on top of the tent with his leg .. salute =p we played cards, and being one of the loser, me posed ugly for photo but nothing beats Addy’s ‘gam yu lou’ look =p
With Addy and a deck of cards around, you’ll hardly not have tarot reading :p so we started to see who’s the …. Ranging getting rich fastest, changing jobs, getting married, most children, who’s the most dislikeable person, most clumsy, most ‘dai tao ha’ - Tidur time : " I’ve been robbed off my innocence" that’s what you get when you put 4 gals & a guy in a 6-men tent. Now we wonder what happened?? =p

Year-end holidays will not be complete without a trip … well, for me at least =p
So when there was a suggestion to go on a ‘makan’ trip … there’s no way me not joining =p

a more-spacious home
a more-spacious home ...
not me, but my tortoises really need it.
It dawn on me one day, that they can sue me for negligence ... because me not looking after their welfare :p torturing them by not providing a conducive living environment :p
try imagine 2 palm size tortoises in a standard small plastic aquarium, they can't even stand side by side without being on top of each other. don't think they have much spaces left to move about. now you know how horrible me can be :p
have thought of buying a new more-spacious home for them ... but just didn't know why days passed and me had still not bought them their new home. me guess me thought me was buying a home for myself gua ;p
the tortoises are lucky :) fortunately at last, someone ... a good samaritan actually bought me to look high and low for their home, then only found a more-spacious home for them. else the tortoises may have to suffer in the cramp aquarium for another - don't-know-how-many-days - ( or weeks)
here i'm .. on behalf of my tortoises (n myself :p) would like to say 'thank you' to the 'good samaritan' :)
ps. this good samaritan taught me something as well ... "it's the thought that counts" :p

3. If you find any, well they are now souvenirs :p
Me was digging out coins to buy chinese newspapers (night edition) when me found a few gold coins. Then only it strike me that ....
Effective 7/12/2005, RM 1 coin is no longer legal tender.
will miss those gold coins ...
but me happy because go supermarket, trolley no need to insert coins liao :p

photos
today after attending norhayati's wedding reception, we went to chai yee home ... memang sengaja sibuk sibuk.
me couldn't believe me occupying so much of chai yee's time to look at her photo collections... ok, mine was never complete ... some here, some there, some dunno where.
as we look through the photos ... both hard copies & soft copies ... stories unfold, trying to remember what happened when the photo was taken ... trying to relive the emotions during then .. trying to remember how fun was it and what we had been through
it is true that they say "photos capture the moments"
still not enough, at night, me even looked through the photos again ...
photos, they can be addictive ... especially those with happy smiles ;)

... got sms from someone which you had given your number to, but can't remember who? =p
especially sometimes when you met someone in a rush, you gave them your number and ask them to either miss call or sms you,
then only receive the sms a few days later
by then, me cannot remember who is who liao, might have asked a few people to do same thing within that few days ...
me think next time better ask people give me their numbers, then me miss call them or sms them =)

open house that open minds
me really enjoy open house, not only can have opportunity to try nice foods
also opportunity to meet back alot of friends ... some we didn't meet for years
was at zarul's open house last saturday, meet alot of schoolmates last time ... it was a wonderful day never mind the heavy rain ... would have regretted if me was not there.
strange ... how friends can remember our names and me kept mismatching their names & faces =p
ahmad fadzly became ahmad fadzil
lutfi became hanafi
couldn't remember rizal, azrin, aishah ...
we talked about so many things, about everyone we know .... last time till present, also about future
suddenly feel that everyone is progressing very fast except me
Nur Affendy studied aerospace & currently with NASA Malaysia...
'Ah Pai' actually qualified to the 3rd stage (9 candidates left) under the pemilihan angkasawan malaysia nationwide
nadiatul syima is working as enforcement officer
forgot who became lecturer
rizal came with wife ayu ( a down to earth girl me enjoyed talking to)
a few street away, Riyas was having kenduri kahwin
also to share ... pretty girls do get more attention =p
because the very first thing our guy friends asked me is this
" thong siew leng sekarang macamana? lebih cantik dari dulu? "
next time me know, me can't be so 'chou lou' =p
a girl has to learn to duduk bersimpul (if sitting on the floor) ... both legs together folded one side either left or right and not with the legs crossing one another
will try to post the photos when adilla email to me =)
and we plan to have a 'huge gathering' for all of us =)
was told they had organised a 'buka puasa' gathering earlier and met alot of long-time-no-see friends
also opportunity to meet back alot of friends ... some we didn't meet for years

me guess they need rest & rejuvenation too =)
just around 2 to 3 months back, the fridge at my home was not a fridge =p
... was basically just a storage area which consume electricity
... doctor (the foreman) say "your fridge need to 'masuk gas' and change organ 'thermo-something'
... and the hospitalisation & surgery fees cost about rm500++ (got kena tipu or not ... me dunno)
... me suggest maybe buy new one better loh... but my mother say 'give fridge a chance, maybe after fridge recover, it'll be better"
and now
washing machine also 'fall sick' liao
refused to help wash our clothes ... perhaps too tired from so many years of washing.
now me considering whether should let go this and get a new one
one thing for sure ... any one me choose will also need money

Sparks fly
It’s Friday night and sparks fly …… from the electric cables in front of opposite row of homes.
The same thing happened before near a friend’s house in midah http://p4n6.blogspot.com/2005_03_01_p4n6_archive.html
There were sparks flying … at one point traveling across the cable from right to left (it was a sight to behold actually but I didn’t managed to capture it like pang did)
Lucky nothing happen to the cars park below the cable.
As busybody as I’m … I go sibuk, aunties opposite house asked if me can call TNB.
So ‘103’ me dialed to get TNB no. ‘15454’
A report was lodged and my details taken … they afraid me making pranks call gua =p
Cik Siti : kita akan hantar technician ke alamat cik
Me : agak-agak bila ye? (asking because need to go fetch my sister)
Cik Siti : secepat mungkin
True to her words, less than 30 minutes, a medium TNB service vehicle came with 3 techicians looking for me. So me let them know what happened.
As soon as me finish talking & pointing, I was surprised when they got back into their vehicles and one of the guy said " kita balik report dulu" …. Off they went.
I stood there at the gate for a while … did nothing … at that moment, my mind couldn’t register what happened.
Remember me came into the house telling my mother " ask them to come repair, they go minum kopi woh"
Around 10.30pm++ after come back from fetch sister, someone pressed doorbell looking for me … thought friend … only to be informed he’s from TNB.
That guy is on motorbike … what can he do? I was puzzled??? Did the 3 technician ‘balik report dulu’ and now they send a technician on motorbike???
Again, me ‘replay’ the story … wondering the earlier 3 technicians ‘balik report dulu…report apa??’
Then me purposely mentioned "tadi sudah ada orang TNB datang, tapi sekejap sudah cabut loh’ =p
Poor chap explained "oh, itu tadi medium size, nanti kita hantar truck besar datang"
Me : ini sudah lewat ada kerja lagikah? 24 jam ah? Servis banyak bagus woh =)
Me don’t care lah… tomorrow me no at home =p hehe
If they are coming, should know what to do when ‘truck besar datang’
… I sudah cakap ulang 3 kali loh, encik =p
ps.. haha… me think either my communication skill very bad that no one understand what I say OR me must be a great liar that they need 5 people ….the telephone operator, the 3 technicians and another technician on bike to check whether I’m telling truth before they can take action =p kekekek

WATER – what’s water to you?
Once, there is a small ‘fish’ living in an aquarium yet doesn’t know the existence of water.
Only upon having the opportunity to jump out of the aquarium, small ‘fish’ discovered that it has been living in water.
Youth to some people is like water in the aquarium. Upon losing it, only realized youth & time were wasted. We only come to realize its preciousness when we no longer have it.
What about you, my friend?
Have you neglected your youth?
Live life to the fullest..so that life is ‘mo yin mo fui’ …no regret

However, it’s actually to enable handicapped persons on wheelchair to maneuver themselves without the need to turn around.

Woke up LOL
It could be the holiday mood
Me didn't know me capable of waking up LOL =D
Had a hilarious dream … one that made me LOL in my sleep and find myself laugh till wake up.
It was 4.39am.
ps. me woke up liao and watch a cantonese movie "ngor zor ngan gin do guai" translated "my left eye see ghost" .. nice watch =)
Me don’t think had experienced this previously (maybe I had but I didn’t wake up)
Strange ... me laughing but couldn't remember what made me laugh non-stop.
just remember last scene was
I swayed my hand towards a guy head and said ‘soh ga lei?’ translated ‘gila wan ah u?’ or ‘crazy wan ah u?’

to say ‘I love you’ one more time
err… that’s the title of a chinese movie me watched on Friday 28/10/05 starring andy lau, charlie yeung & charlence choi.
Beautiful actor & actress aside, me find the message conveyed through the movie was real.
It tells about love … love in relationship & that of parents – child.
There were 2 parts that gave me a lasting impression
1st .. a story
once upon a time, there were an old couple. The grandpa (gong gong) always walks with fast pace while the grandma (po po) strolls very slowly trailing behind her husband. Gong gong doesn’t understand why po po walks so slowly. Po po always wonder why gong gong always walk as though he’s in a rush, that at times she finds it difficult to catch up with him.
Although so, gong gong & po po never gave up on each other, they walk together. And that’s because they love each other.
2nd … a sentence a father said at his daughter tomb
" You have serious short sightedness… I don’t.
Don’t worry. No matter what, I’ll look for you in next life"
…. Which reminds me of another story, it just came to mind as me typing
…………..while a father & daughter is crossing a hanging bridge
father : hold my hand, dear. Then you’ll not fall
daughter : no daddy, you hold my hand!
father : but why can’t you hold daddy’s hand, dear? Isn’t it the same?
Daughter : No. If I didn’t hold on well to your hand, I might fall. But if you are holding my hand daddy, I know you’ll make sure I never will fall. And if I fall, I know you’ll never let go my hand.
Isn’t it amazing how little stories can remind us a lot about realities in life? =)

How the heaven wept …
There are people who make the world special just by being in it
and Allahyarhamah Datin Paduka Seri Endon Mahmmod was no doubt one.

It was this gentle yet strong lady that touched our lives… her courage, her resilience, her strength, her generosity & thoughfulness, her smile.
Let her legacy endures and her spirit multiplies.
We are reminded again as a nation the fragility of life & its precious contribution.
Last Thursday, as our tears flowed, the sky wept with us ..

NKF
had just finished watching NKF Charity Show held in Arena of Star, Genting Highland ... telecasted live over NTV7.
NKF ... National Kidney Foundation
The amount of effort by the artistes was commendable but it was the kidney patients that shone.
Although many cases are slotted during the 3 hours plus programme,
there are 3 cases which moved me
1. A mother who want to live on for her child but refused to accept her daughter's kidney
2. A young boy who had to undergo dialysis at such a young age. Imagine the heart sick of a parents.
3. A lady who's blind and had to undergo dialysis struggle to live on because she still has a mother to care for.
They are strong people that strive to continue living despite their conditions & difficulties. They never gave up no matter how hard. These are the people with courage and perserverance more than any one of us.
