wake up early, go queue at some immigration or registration departments, get the first few hundred numbers & offer to sell them at price ranging from rm40 - rm120.
do courseworks for students. If you are really good, you may let students bid for your services. of course the highest bidding amount wins.

It's nothing new really.
me got the ideas from newspapers. We may lose out in term of first mover advantage but who cares :p
