Be Happy .... the XY way

Ever wonder why those with XY sex chromose are generally happier than those with XX?
I think XY is a cheerful bunch and we have a lot to learn from them =)

XX although are more sensitive and emotional, seem to tend to let things get to them and sweat over small little stuff.

Let's get LOUD and HAPPY, the XY way ...... LOL =p


XY ...... doesn't care about what other think of them

XY doesn't really give a damn on what others think of them. XX more often than not worried too much that they create problems when there are none. Unless you're a celebrity, no one really pays attention to what size you wear, how much that handbag costs or what car you're driving anyway.
Why waste time and effort worrying too much ladies?


XY ...... play no matter how many grandchildren they already had

XY don't outgrow their toy (PS3 or that shooting game or that paint ball game).
See how XY spend their money on sports car, gadgets, latest technology,PS3, DVD & CD collection whereas XX spent their hard earned $ on cosmestics and push up bras (talking about the vulnerable self-esteem)
All work and no play makes Jill a dull girl ..... GO OUT & PLAY!!!!


XY ...... ask for what they want without shame

Just observe, those XYs never failed to demand for what they want while we XX imply, infer, suggest rather than instruct (due to we are the subtler YIN).
What's wrong with asking gals?? if we don't ask at all, we don't even give a chance to others to agree...


XY ...... exercise .... go go go

Most XXs never got into the habit of regular exercise... it's either they are occupied with their work or family or pets. For XXs who really exercise, mostly is also due to have a shapelier body or to burn that extra calories. Or some exercise for the sake of exercising because everyone is doing it.
XYs on the other hand DON'T EVEN PRETEND to exercise, they just go out & enjoy their games be it football / basketball or even golf.
Learn from them, we should find activities that we enjoy doing and can't wait to do.... let's move our butts gals!!!


XY ...... put themselves 1st, everything else comes second

XX ... work in corporate world, come home switch to nurturing role of mother & wife. She doesn't even have a single minute for herself (ok, maybe during shower time). They feel inadequate if they don't give enough to their home.
Now, look at XY, they take their own sweet time home, do nothing more strenous than watch the evening news and wash hands for dinner. They don't mind paying hefty sums for golf memberships or for their gadgets. Observe and you'll discover that they treat themselves much better than we ladies treat ourselves...
Start loving ourselves from this moment =)


XY ...... LET IT GO

Good memory is both a blessing and curse to the XXs. We can recall almost vividly almost everything including those that were better off forgotten / never meant to be remember.
XYs on the other hand, seldom remember even what happened a few days ago. Ask any of them and they will say "WTH do you want to spend your life bearing grudge for something that no one even remember after all?
Precious lesson from XYs : When we learn to let go, to forgive and forget, we boost our inner serenity, sense of well being and peace of mind.
I remember once someone told me, if we kept keeping old bad memories, where do we find place for new sweet memories. Free up space in us for those good things coming into our lives =)


XY ...... their heart doesn't rule all the time (like XX do)

We often accused the XYs of being insensitive, but we should learn from their resilience. They let their brain and logic work before they let emotions rule their action. Sometimes, when we let our hearts rule, it will only make the matter worse. XYs on the other hand, look for a solution first or at least use logic to stay calm 1st.
