Make time for breakfast ... It can make your day.
Breakfast do wonderful things for us =)
On a separate note, I attended a course on '7 Habits of Highly Effective People' about 2 weeks ago and I've started putting them in practice. It does help in my work where I finish my job for 2 days in 1 day by prioritising and focusing.
The 7 habits are as follow :
1. Be proactive
2. Begin with the end in mind
3. Put first thing first
4. Think win win
5. Seek first to understand, then to be understood
6. Synergize
7. Sharpen the saw
