Lately, I've been diligent trying (read : trying really hard) to take good care of my skin & ensure that it's in tip top condition for my skin is prone to breakout very timely during crucial times.
Has been thinking on whether this is a good time to go on detox? sometimes, there's this feeling that the body is 'full of shit' ...
However, there seem not to be a right time, with farewell & celebration lunches & dinner throughout the weeks.
Am afraid that my body may not be able to heal on time for the photo day (heard that lot's of pimples will grow, some people get rashes & etc etc as the body throws out the toxins.
Nevertheless, found a good piece of generic advice on maintaining good skin ... thought it'll be good to share =)
